The flat is a 66sqm three-room apartment with 3 balconies, on the second floor of a block of flats which has its private lift. This provides easy accessibility for families with children. The master bedroom offers privacy and calm for parents, while children can enjoy the bunk bed in the second bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with major appliances and there is a large wooden dining table in the living room. The bathroom with shower box is between the two rooms. The garage can also be used as a bicycle storage space.
