Elegant apartment on the ground floor, just renovated, with large terrace and private garden, furnished in a functional way and ideal for welcoming travelers from all over the world. Located in a strategic position, a stone's throw from the beaches of Cala Brandinchi, Cala Suaraccia and Salina Bamba. The apartment offers free parking available on site, a panoramic view of the crystal clear sea and the Island of Tavolara and is 300 meters from supermarket, restaurant, bar and pharmacy.

Neighborhood info

It is one of the most sought after areas of Sardinia. With a few minutes walk you can reach the famous equipped beaches of Cala Brandinchi, Cala Suaraccia, Salina Bamba, La Salinedda, as well as many other points of interest famous for social life and relaxation. About 2 km away there are several restaurants and aperitif bars. The apartment is located just 16.5 km from Olbia-Costa Smeralda Airport. Availability of car rental, bicycles, rafts. The famous equipped beaches of Cala Brandinchi, Cala Suaraccia, Salina Bamba, La Salinedda are within easy walking distance, as well as supermarket, restaurant pizzeria, bar and pharmacy. Just 2 km from San Teodoro and very close to the famous promontory of Capo Coda Cavallo. From Olbia Costa Smeralda airport, take the state road towards San Teodoro and turn left towards Capo Coda Cavallo. After about 2 km, there is a stone at the entrance of the village where all the main services are located. 100 meters away is the complex called "I Corbezzoli" where my apartment at number 65 will be ready to welcome you.
