Crossing the gate leads to the garden area decorated with fruit trees and aromatic plants, here you will immediately be kidnapped by the impressive pool with a view of the deep blue sea, a part of which has been used as a hot tub, which uses the same water as the pool, unheated, ideal for moments of pure relaxation. Through the main entrance of the house you can access the large open-space that houses the living area with sofa and TV, together with the kitchen, equipped with every comfort, the large table with chairs, all in front of a large window with a sea view. In addition, a reading area with two armchairs also overlooking the sea and the pool where you can enjoy a good glass of wine in total tranquility. The living room leads to two bedrooms, one double with direct access to the pool area and the other with a French bed. A bathroom with shower for service on the ground floor. A staircase leads to the first floor with another very bright and airy double bedroom, with sea view and large bathroom with en-suite shower.
