Security deposit of EUR 2.000,00 charged via credit card or "TD warranty" insurance policy of EUR 99,00 (extra fee) which covers up to a maximum of EUR 5.000 in case of damages. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight is Eur 100.00. To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of eur 70.00. The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

On the square in front of the house, there is an outdoor kitchen equipped with barbecue, stove, sink and a large table with chairs to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners. The swimming pool (10x4 m) is surrounded by the solarium area, equipped with sun loungers, and garden with lawn and aromatic plants. The property is wheelchair accessible, with barrier-free entry and large indoor spaces.
