Trullo in dry stone with a typical cone of the area, with a single unit, with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. It is surrounded by an olive grove of 7,500 square meters completely fenced in in a quiet and private area. The structure is equipped with air conditioning and alarm system connected with a 24/24 security service. It is 11 Km from the center of Monopoli and from the sea, 62 Km from Bari airport, 6 Km from the Castellana Caves, 18 Km from Alberobello, 18 Km from the fabulous and renowned Polignano a Mare. Just 2 km away there is a market complete with everything with its own production of bread as well as a bar restaurant and pizzeria. The property offers an above ground swimming pool, a large square lit in the evening with a gazebo and table as well as an external sink with barbecue. All this is completed by a double sun terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside to the sea, being located in a privileged position on a hill. It is equipped with all comforts such as a kitchen complete with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, SMART TV with Netflix subscription, Amazon Prime, YouTube as well as an internet radio system to receive all the stations in the world.
The love for my land and its traditions, its scents, the climate its sea, good food and a great sense of hospitality have pushed me to create this place with love and dedication with all the my passion to be able to share this fantastic opportunity with my guests.
