PAYMENT METHOD The total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) in effect. On-site payment is not accepted. Please note that failure to process the payment will result in the cancellation of the reservation. GUEST ACCESS Many of our apartments do not have a reception; therefore, guests will access the property through a self check-in system, receiving either an access code or details on where to collect the keys. For this reason, it is essential that all guests receive the check-in instructions before arrival. If you have not received them, please contact us. If you plan to arrive after 18:00, please let us know in advance. In this case, it's essential that you complete the online check-in before the day of arrival so we can provide you with all the necessary instructions for self check-in. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION Once the booking is confirmed, guests will receive a personalized form (Guest Portal), which must be completed with all the necessary check-in details. All guests staying at the property must enter their personal information in the Guest Portal. Failure to provide the required information may result in the cancellation of the reservation. The tourist tax is mandatory and will be collected in accordance with the regulations of the City of Cagliari for all guests aged 12 or older. The tax is collected separately via a link that will be shared once the reservation is confirmed. Any exemptions apply in accordance with current local regulations.
