Tabià: that's how we call the traditional barns of the Veneto region. One of the many has recently been converted into a nice apartment that retains the charm of the original structure and warmth of larch wood . One bedroom apartment of 40 sqm on the ground floor: large living room with a sofa -bed, kitchen, small double bedroom with bridge wardrobe . The house retains the original beams and ceilings and the the floors are spruce or larch . Bathroom with washing machine , suspended sanitary and large shower 120x80 cm. The location is sunny and quiet and allows you to fully enjoy the peace and nature . The view from the windows of the house goes to the woods and the Dolomite peaks . The house is 3 km from the town of Falcade , city renowned for its summer and winter tourism. The one bedroom apartment has independent access from the large wooden terrace , cellar to deposit skis and boots and a parking space in a private garage .
I like to share with guests my passion for the mountains , illustrating the possible excursions and activities that you can do on these beautiful mountains
The sunny and quiet position in a hamlet at about 1300m allows you to fully enjoy the tranquility and nature. The view from the windows of the house sweeps over the woods and the Dolomite peaks. A 5-minute drive and 3 km from the village of Falcade, a renowned resort for summer and winter tourism, part of the dolomiti superski, the largest alpine ski area. The slopes of the three valleys area are 4.5km away, a few minutes by car. the slopes of the Alleghe civetta area 16 km away, 20 minutes by car.
