Located in Padenghe sul Garda, Villetta Elise offers breath taking views of Lake Garda and the Alpine mountains with peaks over 2,000 m. The domain where our villetta is located is called "Villaggio Le Paolette 2", is only accessible to owners or tenants and has a concierge. Around the centrally located swimming pool is a spacious private park. Due to the strategic location of our Viletta, there are many tourist, culinary and sporting destinations in the immediate vicinity. For example, several hiking and cycling trails leave from the Villaggio.
Villetta Elise is our dream home, our place on Lake Garda where we can really relax. We are bon vivants who care very much for Italy, and Lake Garda in particular. That is why we were so enthusiastic about this location: strategically located in the middle of the Valtènesi vineyards, near Lake Garda and surrounded by mountains. Villetta Elise is located about 39 km from Verona and easily accessible by public transport. The medieval town of Sirmione is 9 km away and Riva del Garda is 49 km away. International traffic finds its way via the airport of Verona (33 Km) or Brescia (30 Km). The beach of Padenghe and the touristic center, Moniga del Garda, is about 3 km away. Both are characterized by a typical Italian port, bordering Lake Garda. Various car parks, free and payable, are available along the beach. There is possibility to rent boats for water recreation. The region is also well known and popular for golf. Within a 5 km radius there are 2 very well-equipped golf courses. The historic heart of Padenghe is formed by a well-preserved castle ruin, Castello di Padenghe. Padenghe del Garda is located in the middle of the DOC Valtenesi wine region, south-west of Lake Garda. In the immediate vicinity are ther famous wine regions like Soave, Bardolino, Valpolicella and Franciacorta.
