Villa Agave is a luxury house with private access to the sea. The villa is for maximum 10 persons, composed by 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (rebuild in the 2019). A big Kitchen, two living rooms. Outside there are a barbecue area, patio and garden with a fantastic seaview terrace with private access to the sea . Wi-Fi and aircondition in the rooms. Set in Santa Flavia in the Sicily Region, 17 km from Palermo, Villa Agave boasts a barbecue and water sports facilities. Cefalù is 43 km away.
