Villa Alis is a stunning private villa with swimming pool in Le Marche, just 4 km from the Adriatic Sea. Its location is ideal for those seeking total privacy while enjoying the lively atmosphere of Fano, an elegant seaside resort known for summer events, markets and shows. The fully fenced property is surrounded by a spacious garden. An elegant air-conditioned porch with sliding glass doors and a large table allows comfortable dining in every season. Outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and conviviality, with two gazebos furnished with sofas, a hot tub and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen featuring gas barbecue, grill and wood-fired oven. Amenities include a hammock, table football, table tennis and an external sound system, perfect for poolside days and al fresco evenings. The swimming pool with Roman steps, safety cover and optional heating is the heart of the garden. Indoors, a fitness room and aromatic sauna complete the experience, enhanced by the attentive care of the owner. The villa is set on two levels. On the ground floor you find a cozy living room, kitchen, double bedroom connected with a bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower. An internal staircase leads to the first floor composed of a small kitchenette, living room, double bedroom, quadruple room (two single beds and a bunk bed) and bathroom with shower. Outside near the main building there is a small independent dependance with a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and laundry area. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms of the main villa, dependance, fitness room and glass-enclosed porch. The outdoor area of the villa is under video surveillance; the service can be deactivated upon request. Tourist tax: euro 1,00 per person/day (over 14 years old), Heating: measured on consumption up to the market’s rates, Heated pool: euro 350/week, Sauna: euro 100/week, Electric car charging station: on consumption based on market price (max. 5 KW)
