Villa Ardea was originally a 19th century convent. The villa is on three floors plus the basement. The ground floor houses a large living room where there is a sitting room with a TV area and a large marble fireplace, in the same room we also find the dining room with a large table for 8 people. From the living area you then move on to the spacious kitchen with table and fully equipped with everything you need. All the rooms on the ground floor overlook the splendid porch facing the garden and the swimming pool. The porch hosts a large table and a sitting area. Then passing through the hallway where there is also the entrance door, and a bathroom with shower, you go up to the first floor where there are three finely furnished double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a small atrium which leads to the private bathroom and where there is a large wardrobe. The first floor also houses a second bathroom with shower available to the other two bedrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and overlook the lake-view balcony. The park of the villa houses the swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters with a depth of 1.5 and access via Roman steps, entirely for the exclusive use of guests.
