Thanks to its favorable exposure, the villa offers an ideal setting for truly relaxing moments by the private pool and the sea. VILLA ARVILLA is located within a quiet residential complex, just about 450 meters from the beach and about 9 km from Cefalù, one of the most charming destinations on the Sicilian coast. Surrounded by a large, well-kept garden, the villa features a private pool for exclusive use, perfect for families and groups seeking comfort and privacy. The villa is semi-detached: on the upper floor there is another apartment that does not have access to the pool, which is reserved exclusively for villa guests. 🏊 Private pool available from April 1st to November 4th.
