Ideal villa for a pure relaxation stay, both in winter and summer. The Villa Biancospini is located in a residential complex called "Riva dei Tessali," and is surrounded by a centuries-old pine forest, located between Marina di Ginosa and Castellaneta Marina. It is about 1.5 km from a large private beach that can be easily reached by walking along an alley characterized by a fabulous concert of crickets, the scent of the sea and a penetrating smell of resin typical of the Mediterranean maquis. The beach can be reached both on foot and by car, while from July to August there is also a shuttle service that circulates between the various places of the residence. The Villa has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a living/dining room with a fireplace. There is outdoor furniture, and 2 bicycles that our guests can use. If you like tennis, bring your own rackets because in the residence, there are courts you can use at no extra charge! For certain times of the year, free tennis lessons are also available. From the beginning of July to the end of August, we offer the following additional benefits with an extra fee relative to your reservation and the number of guests: - No. 5 beach passes - No. 1 umbrella with 2 sun loungers and 1 beach chair (some years, they manage to anticipate a bit) The residence pool is active according to the consortium's yearly program (defined each year, so please verify with us if open at the dates you are interested in visiting); the minimarket/bar/restaurant: from July to the beginning of September. The restaurant might be open on weekends in other months of the year. • Rooms and bathrooms will be made available according to the number of guests: 2 guests: 1 double room and 1 bathroom, 3 guests: 2 double rooms and 2 bathrooms, etc. In the event that it is necessary to make available one more room or bathroom, a surcharge will be charged.
