Exceptional luxury villa in the Baia Caddinas district, with a sea view. The villa is 5 minutes walk to the beaches. Villa "Borea" is a new construction (2018) with very nice modern design features and air-conditioned, in the residential area "Baia Caddinas". 80 m2 house on 2 levels with balcony and roof top roof solarium with breathtaking views of the bay of Golfo Aranci, as well as the islands of Tavolora and Figarolo. Ground floor - Large terrace 40 m2 with outdoor lounge, BBQ grill and garden. Living room with dining table for 6 guests, sofa and television. Fully equipped modern kitchen, induction stove top, combi oven, dishwasher. Closet with integrated washing machine. Bathroom Shower / WC full comfort. 1st Floor - 3 separate bedrooms with new quality bedding, dressing room and office desk with phone charger. Large bathroom Shower / WC full comfort. Terrace solarium 20 m2 on roof top. Concierge on site, available during your stay for other services with extra fee.Beach towels not provided. Out of respect for other holidaymakers, the house is non-smoking. 250 Euro will be retained on the deposit in case of non-compliance.
