the seafront villa c21 and the beach villa c15 are 2 wonderful villas surrounded by greenery 10 meters from the sea. Relax listening to the sound of the waves and regenerate.
Private and heated hot tub for 4 people facing the sea. Enjoy the pleasure of taking a hot bath admiring the sea even in the middle of winter .... in our private courtyard you will find a heated jacuzzi, a solar shower and a relaxation corner, ideal for a romantic surprise or to entertain the children.
These small villas practically on the rocks are in a residential complex surrounded by nature. About 1km from the town center, the villa c21 (here on booking identified with the wording "Villa with sea view") was completely renovated in 2020 and designed for a family with all the comforts. The villa c15 (here on booking identified with the wording "Beachfront Villa") was renovated in 2024 with particular attention to environmental protection: thermal coat, solar panels, mosquito nets to allow natural ventilation of the environment, mini salt pool. The mini salt pool is a little more delicate than normal pools but healthier, I hope you appreciate it.

Kitchen, living room with relaxation area and sofa bed, 2 bedrooms: one double (with cot) and another with a triple bunk bed (180 cm long), a bathroom with shower, large terrace and private garden with sea view. The beach is a tiny, wild and unspoiled bay. There are no sunbeds or umbrellas – here you enjoy the sun directly on the rocks, surrounded by silence and natural beauty.
Personally, I love it: the sandy entrance to the sea is easy and comfortable, perfect even for children who can play and build sandcastles. That said, space is very limited: there’s simply no room to lay down towels or set up umbrellas.
It’s a place with raw, natural charm. I find the driftwood on the shore evocative and poetic, though some might see it as untidy.
This is the exact opposite of a beach resort: no crowds, no rows of umbrellas, no assigned spots. Just the sea, free to be itself — and you can be too. The water is crystal-clear, with stunning colors, thanks to the mix of sand and rocks.
💦 Please note: Swimming caps are required in the pool, according to house rules. The pool is open from June 1st to September 10th, every day except Wednesday, which is the lifeguard’s day off.
🚧 Beach access – Summer 2025
For full transparency: access to the sea is fully functional but not yet aesthetically finished. It involves a 5-meter stretch currently under maintenance – practical and safe, but not the most beautiful.
We are waiting for local authorizations and expect everything to be completed in 2026.

The journey for me is an unforgettable experience and I try to recreate all the magic and the comfort that I am looking for qunado travel. I want to be comfortable, don't have to worry about washing dishes (they invented the dishwasher!) And you can relax in paradise places savoring the local cuisine ... So: How about a bottle of Prosecco, a salami and a sliced focaccia after Have you relaxed in the sea jacuzzi?

We are in a marine oasis, the beach is very beautiful but very small. The sun is taken on the rocks. The water is emerald (hence the name "Conca Verde"), from the terrace if you are lucky you can see the dolphins
