The property offers three independent apartments – Violetta, Lavanda, and Margherita – ideal for those seeking privacy, comfort, and the pleasure of experiencing Tuscany freely. Outside, a large 5,000 m² garden, surrounded by over 2 hectares of land, is available to all guests. The green areas are shared, creating a friendly, relaxed atmosphere among trees, pathways, and shaded corners perfect for reading, chatting, or simply listening to nature. In the garden, you will find outdoor dining tables, ideal for enjoying meals surrounded by greenery. Maison Antoinette enjoys an ideal location for exploring San Vincenzo and its surroundings. Just a short walk away, you will find the beach (300 m), the harbour with its promenade, shops, and restaurants (400 m), and the town centre with cafés, grocery stores, and various shops (500 m). Nearby, there is also an outdoor swimming pool, a dog area, a gym, and the train station. Within a few minutes’ drive, you can reach the main attractions of the Etruscan Coast: the Rimigliano Nature Reserve (8 km), the Calidario thermal baths (10 km), the medieval villages of Castagneto Carducci and Suvereto, the beaches of Baratti and Populonia, and the renowned wineries of Bolgheri.
