Villa in a park of 30,000 sqm with direct access to the beach in an unique location. It is a small promontory overlooking the sea, between two beautiful beaches: a a sandy beach 300 mt long on the North and a sandy beach a 1,2 km long on the South. The beach can be acessed directly from the park. Small rocky coves acessible just from the house. The park is planted with pine trees and Mediterranean plants, it has two panoramic terraces overlooking the beaches, several open living areas, a BBQ area, a cabin-shower. Outside the house there is a loggia facing west, equipped with armchairs and a dining table, there's a dining outdoor area next to the kitchen. The house, about 150 sqmt, is on two levels: on the ground floor there’s a living - dining room, a kitchen fully equipped, with oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, microwave. Near the kitchen a toilet-laundry room, with the washing machine. On the ground floors ther are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, besides another bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with a shower cabin. The third double bedroom can be used as a second living room, according to your needs. On the upper floor there's a large bedroom (23 sqmt).

We are brothers, Michele architect and Andrea engineer, and we have been managing this house together which has belonged to our family since 1960. We love this place and we want our guests to feel it as their home too.

The property is located in Castiadas (CA), San Pietro beach, a few kilometers from Villasimius, a well known holiday resort on the south eastearn coast of Sardinia between Villasimius and Costa Rei. Castiadas is about 55 km (1 hour drive) from the city of Cagliari and its airport.The property is right on the sea: it is a promontory that separates two sandy beaches, the gate of the garden opens direcltly onto the beach, one of the most beautiful in southern Sardinia.Another beautiful bay is accessible by a short footpath. On the beach there are facilities for boat and sailing rentals, windsurfing, a diving center,restaurants and bars, all accessible by walking. The marine park of Villasimius is a few miles away.Nearby (2 km) there are supermarkets and shops.
