Pied dans l'eau villa in an exclusive position on Lake Iseo.The enchanting property dating back to the early decades of the 1900s is arranged over 3 levels which enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape and Monte Isola. Peculiar features are the 6 balconies overlooking the lake, a bay window in the living room and the completely frescoed coffered wooden ceilings of the living room. Important and exclusive pluses are the spacious pier and the garden overlooking the lake. Upon arrival, the host will provide all the main information and suggestions to make the most of the pluses of the properties and your stay. TOURIST TAX. From April to October per person per day to be paid at check-in. Children up to the age of 13 are exempt from payment. PETS. The villa can accommodate small and medium-sized dogs (under 30 kg) and is not suitable for cats.We ask guests to take care and respect the house even if they decide to bring their pets with them. During the night the animals will be able to rest in a specific area of the house that we will show to guests upon their arrival. There is an additional fee for pets. CHECK-IN AFTER 10PM. There is a supplement for check-in after 10pm. Here are some rules to follow: • at the end of each day or in case of bad weather, the deck chairs and garden furniture must be removed from the pontoon and secured. • we ask guests to take care and respect the house even if they decide to bring their pets with them. During the night the animals will be able to rest in a specific area of the house that we will show to guests upon their arrival. • bed linen and bathroom towels cannot be washed. • it will not be possible to access the covered boat mooring.
