I'm Tina and I have always lived in this part of eastern Liguria. In 2024, we finished the renovation of the family villa to accommodate travellers and we take care of a vineyard in the Cinque Terre with a breathtaking view that you can visit. I am also a sommelier, tour guide, environmental hiking guide and I am always available to help you organise a unique experience on the beautiful Ligurian Riviera.
 Our dream is to create a place where you can get to know the beauty of Liguria and its traditions, where we can share the philosophy of slow tourism that gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself in our world. My husband Luca and I live at Villa Chicchi and we will be happy to advise you on how best to visit the area according to your tastes: trekking, beaches, restaurants, what to see in Sestri and nearby towns, the traditions and festivals that animate our town...

Welcome to Villa Chicchi B&B - Sestri Levante! We are a young couple from Sestri Levante who have opened our home to travelers from all over the world!
 We are located in an independent villa with sea view, surrounded by olive trees just a few minutes from the beaches with a 42 sqm swimming pool, gardens with relaxation areas and 5 rooms all renovated in 2023. Each room has been carefully designed and has its own characteristics. All rooms have an independent entrance, private bathroom and a private garden where you can relax and enjoy the sea view. In our common area, you'll find a coffee and tea corner, some books, guides and games, by choice we don't have a TV in the rooms. The swimming pool is available to all our guests and heated in spring and autumn. Here you can immerse yourself in the serenity of the surrounding nature, relax by the pool, discover the footpaths that start nearby, the beaches, the carruggi of Sestri Levante, and the beauty of Liguria. Hiking trails start from the Villa and connect to paths with breathtaking views, some of which can also be travelled on mountain bikes. The historic centre and the beaches are 1.7 km from the Villa and can be reached by foot in 20 minutes or by car or bicycle in 5 minutes. Please note that we are located at the beginning of a hill, so part of the road leading to us is uphill. The train station is 1 km from the Villa (10-15 minutes by foot) and there are daily trains to Cinque Terre, Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino and Genoa, Florence, Milan. The motorway tollbooth is 2.4 km away (5 minutes by car) and parking for cars and motorbikes is available at the Villa with a charging station for electric vehicles.

Villa Chicchi is located in Sestri Levante on the first hill in the valley of the Succo stream that gives its name to the locality. Just a few minutes from the centre, Villa Chicchi offers the possibility of immersing oneself in the tranquillity of the green hillside while always enjoying the view of the two seas of Sestri Levante. Sestri Levante is called the city of two seas and it’s a perfect place for those seeking walks with breathtaking views, relaxing days at the beach, flavors of authentic cuisines: the Italian lifestyle. The certainly most attractive core is the Baia del Silenzio: a half moon of fine sand framing a delicate ecosystem with a wide variety of marine wildlife species. To admire it at its best you can take the Salita Cappuccini that leads to a Convent and enjoy the view of the bay from above. On the opposite side of town is the Baia della Favole, lined by the Sestri promenade and from where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The center of Sestri Levante lies between the two bays, along the caruggio that rises on a sandy isthmus connecting the Island to the remaining mainland. In the narrow central street you will find typical Ligurian houses alternating with noble palaces and religious buildings. Today these buildings are mainly occupied by stores, bakeries, restaurants and bars. If you like hiking, you can't miss Punta Manara or in alternative Sant'Anna and Punta Baffe.
