Local House Sicily was born from Viviana's dream. After traveling across Europe, she decided, at the age of 25, to return to the land of her parents—a stunning and authentic corner of Sicily, where the connection with nature is deeply rooted in the culture and where one can breathe the true "Italian dream." Yet, this is also a place marked by the continuous departure of those who believe that "there is no future here." Viviana chose to see things differently: to enhance the territory and let others rediscover it through the eyes of those who experience it every day. Local House Sicily was created with the idea of welcoming travelers into authentic homes belonging to those who do not reside on the island year-round, offering the chance to experience local life in the most genuine way possible. Thanks to a dedicated and professional team, every home is carefully maintained to ensure comfort and quality while preserving its original character. Just a few meters from the sea, where the chirping of birds together with the sound of the sea represent the background music, stands Tenuta Piana: a complex of three independent apartments. Our Guests often define our estate as: "A paradise place surrounded by nature, where it is possible to enjoy peace and tranquility!". Tenuta Piana is an ideal place to relax and disconnect from daily stress, and to do smart work! The estate has direct access to a large beach. You can roam freely throughout our garden, and you can take the deckchair wherever you want: on the beach, under a banana, orange, lemon tree or under one of our many tropical plants. The accommodation where you will stay is composed of: - Kitchen: equipped with all the tools for cooking including salt, oil, pepper and spices. -A large Superior double room (where on request it is possible to add an additional single bed and/ or cot). - Bedroom: composed of two single beds (for children we have bed banks, games to play inside the house and on the beach). -A bathroom with shower. In the estate the are also barbecue, laundry (shared with all the houses) and an aromatic garden at your disposal.

Tenuta Piana is located inside the Nebrodi regional park. It is surrounded by a large private lemon garden with direct access to the beach. It is an ideal location for nature lovers and for those who want to get away from the city. From the estate there are several trekking routes, such as the "Mulino di Caronia" or the "Nicoletta Waterfalls". For those who wish there are nature guides who can take you to explore the park and the "Fiumara d'Arte", the largest outdoor art park in Europe. Tenuta Piana is located between the villages of Caronia Marina (3 km away) and Santo Stefano di Camastra, the town of ceramics (5 km away). In both countries you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants and pharmacies.
