located in a welcoming area where nature and clean air make the location of the villa truly special. here in the morning you can listen to the song of birth. you can enjoy the splendid view of the bay of Rapallo. far from pollution but very close to the beaches!! 3 kilometers near PORTOFINO and 1 kilometer near s. Margherita and less than 500 meters near Rapallo. inside the villa is very characteristic and essential
very experienced concierge I know yours desires and I let them become true!! many years of concierging will complete the extraordinary villa you will enjoy let a get in touch by phone or e-mail . I ll be able to let your holiday very special and original giving many informations about tourists services , restaurants, contacts !
the villa is reachable by a privat road called via privata chichizola ! the access Is aloud only to the group will be renting the villa and to the owners that own some villas nearby . olives three , make special the wiew of the rapallo bay . side by to the villa there are three outside parking for yours cars ! discover the fantastic town and beach nearby the villa by car or scooters that you can rent in the shop in town will be the best way to go around and have the best night life you can have in Italy . but don t loose the chance to go higher and enjoy even the typical restaurant settled on the tigullio hills and breef clean and fresh air even in summer !!!
