“Traumhaftes Haus in ganz ruhiger Lage. Alles lädt zum Verweilen ein. Weitläufig durch verschiedene Terrassen. In der Outdoorküche kann man schöne Grillabende verleben. Einen eigenen Tennisplatz am Haus zu haben ist der Knaller!”

Villa EnriMar, immersed in an outbreak of Mediterranean colors and perfumes, sunny and shaded corners. A green oasis is waiting for you! The bright cheerful house looks out onto a splendid Italian garden through large French windows…its typical for Elba. 200 sq.m. Entrance into bright open space with kitchen (completely furnished with crockery, gas-cooker, refrigerator and dish-washer), dining area, fireplace and TV; wide glass door to the spacious terrace with dining table and deck chairs. Double bedroom with AC, ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace. Four-bedded room with AC: double bed and bunk bed with ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace. Outside covered kitchen and covered dining area. Miniflat: 40 sq.m. with AC, double bed and access to the garden, bathroom with access to the garden and a small room with a single bed. Moreover: Free Wi-Fi Swimming pool with outside shower and deck-chairs for each party member. (length 10mt; width 6mt; min depth 1,20mt; max depth 1,80mt). Opened from April until mid October. Private tennis court in synthetic grass for free. Ping-Pong table. 2 covered parking-places. Wide garden granting much privacy
