Elegant and cozy apartment of 50 sqm, able to accommodate up to 2 people, located on the ground floor of a renovated courtyard building. The property boasts a central location a few steps from Villa Erba, home of congresses, fairs and events. Cernobbio is an exceptional location, famous above all for "Villa d'este", a site now turned into a luxury 5-star hotel! Free parking on site (not assigned). The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (with induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, oven and combined microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, moka coffee maker, kettle and various kitchen utensils), sofabed, dining table, Smart TV 40" and split A/C; - BEDROOM with double bed, clothes stand; - BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (a split in the living area and a split in the bedroom), washing machine, hair dryer, drying rack. PAY ATTENTION: NO A/C SPLIT IN THE BEDROOM PLEASE NOTE: Please note that the courtyard is shared with other guests. It is not possible to spread in the common areas. There are 3 steps at the entrance of the apartment. Parking is free but NOT allocated. Please note that the entrance door can accommodate standard sized cars (NO SUV, NO MINIVAN).

Cernobbio is an exceptional location, famous especially for Villa d'Este, 11 minutes on foot from the apartment. The property is located in a neighborhood full of all amenities, such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets. It is possible to reach the centre of Como by local public transport, the bus stop is a 2-minute walk from the property. The boat landing stage, an elegant Art Nouveau canopy from which the boat arrives and departs, can be reached in just 7 minutes walk from the apartment.
