Property info

Villa surrounded by olive and hazelnut trees. With a private garden and only green spaces around, Villa Flavia has a pergola where you can spend summer evenings, and a beautiful swimming pool, right in the front garden. The Villa can accommodate twelve people in six comfortable double rooms on the first floor, each with en suite bathroom. On the ground floor there are two large common areas, two service bathrooms with laundry and an open kitchen.

Neighborhood info

Manziana is known for its centuries-old forests and a source of contention. It was originally a volcanic area, hence the hot, sulphurous water springs and thermal baths. The extinct volcano is now Lake Bracciano, Rome's water reserve. You can choose between bathing at the lake or at the sea. There are many more or less well-known historical and cultural interests that we are happy to help you discover. We are 5 minutes from Manziana-Canale Monterano station, which connects Manziana to Rome (1h) and to Viterbo (40min), the train passes every hour. The nearest airport is Leonardo da Vinci Airport in Fiumicino (50min), while Ciampino - G.B. Pastine airport is 1h20min away. The Tourist Port of Riva di Traiano in Civitavecchia is 40mins away, while that of Rome is 1h20min.
