The recently restored, independent Villa Gemma, is situated only five minutes from the centre of Alba. Livio, offers his guests a calm and private environment where they can relax and enjoy the area. The substantial apartment offers two comfortable and inviting bedrooms, an independent kitchen, a large bathroom, two big terraces and a garden. There is also a bike room for storage and small repairs.
A bicycle is the best way to discover the spectacular hills of the Langhe and the Roero. Livio is a passionate cyclist, especially regarding enduro bikes, and therefore he is able to draw on his knowledge and experience, to offer his guests tours on selected trails, to enhance their unique experiences and enjoyment of the wonderful environment of the Langhe and Roero. All types of bike rental are available.
Langhe and Roero are divided by the river Tanaro and form the most fertile area in the province of Cuneo. Dominated by the gentle hills and vineyards of world famous wines, such as Barolo, Barbaresco and Barbera, the Langhe are the heart of a rich artistic, literary, food and wine culture. Since 2015 the territory surrounding the Villa Gemma has been part of the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage.
