Relax and recharge in an oasis of peace and elegance, featuring a private swimming pool for the exclusive use of villa guests. Just 200 meters from the beach of Campofelice di Roccella, you can enjoy a modern villa, fully equipped with all comforts and ideal for families and groups of friends. The proximity to the sea and the privacy of the residential complex where Villa Giada is located will allow you to enjoy an unforgettable holiday, with the main attractions of the area easily reachable. The villa will be ready upon your arrival with bed linen and towels included (one shower towel and one bath towel per person for the entire stay). It consists of an open-plan kitchen and living area, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and includes a dishwasher; the living room features a large TV and a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing moments. A washing machine is also available; shower gel and shampoo dispensers are already installed in the bathrooms. The villa is fully air-conditioned. With great attention to environmental sustainability, the property offers a saltwater swimming pool, ensuring natural and eco-friendly disinfection, as well as fully operational solar panels. Outside, you will find a spacious patio with an outdoor dining table, a panoramic terrace ideal for enjoying unique sunsets, and a barbecue in the garden. The villa and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of guests. A private off-street parking space for one car is included. Check-in To access the villa, the following check-in steps are required: Provide valid identification documents for each guest. Sign the short-term rental contract for the duration of your stay. Pay the tourist tax. Once the check-in procedure is completed, on the day of arrival, you will receive access instructions and codes to collect the keys. In-person check-in with a member of our team is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, subject to prior notice.

The villa is located in a newly built residential area. The neighbourhood is characterised by peace, privacy, and tranquillity. Guests not only have the opportunity to reach the sea within a few minutes, but can also enjoy a relaxing stay by the private swimming pool. The private parking is a valuable feature, ensuring the safety of your vehicle at all times. Villa Giada is situated just 200 meters from the Campofelice di Roccella seafront, where guests can find pizzerias, pubs, a tobacconist, and beach clubs. The train station is located 1,300 meters away, providing easy access to Cefalù (only two stops away) and Palermo, the capital of Sicily. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute drive away, as is the town centre and the waste collection centre. Most guests reach Villa Giada by renting a car, either from Palermo Airport (approximately 1 hour away) or Catania Airport (about 90 minutes away). We strongly recommend renting a car to explore the Madonie Regional Park, nearby beaches, restaurants, and all the other scenic and cultural beauties of Sicily, which we will be happy to recommend upon your arrival.
