Small villa in a recently built residence, surrounded by greenery, located 200 meters from the sea and can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. The residence is particularly well-kept, quiet and safe, and it is the right place for relaxing and fully enjoying the sea and the Conero Riviera. The sea can be reached via a reserved pedestrian avenue with an underpass that leads directly to the beach, the use of 1 reserved umbrella and 2 deck chairs at the Bebos Beach is included (only in summer period).
