This little corner of the world has always felt special to me, almost magical. It’s a place that has a strong positive energy. The surrounding green area, the aromas of the pines and olives, and the gentle breezes coming from the deep blue sea. If you stretch out your arm, you’ll feel like you could touch it. The sun embracing it all day long from sunrise to sunset… For this reason I felt that a “normal holiday home” which I interpret as, a simple place to stay for a week with a few beds and a kitchen, was not enough for me. My dream was to create for my guests a unique experience which would be unforgettable. To make it memorable, and recreate unforgettable and magical it would have to have a strong personality and spirit. My objective was to transform luxury into luxurious fun, and technology into joy. Relax, entertain, or just play freely. Life in the house and life outside the house is furnished with all possible comforts and the most recent technology at your disposal everywhere. These are my exact ideas for a holiday in a “house far away from home” this is what I intend.

3 apartments in a modern hi-tech villa, with garden, Jacuzzi, swimming pool, sea-view, wood-oven, BBQ, tennis table, music everywhere. OUR APARTMENTS: 1) ViP Suite: 3 bedrooms, home-cinema, music in all rooms. Terrace. Large table in the lawn for exclusive use of “ViP Suite”. 2) ViP Panorama 1: 1 bedroom, sofa bed, seaview and poolview terrace. 3) ViP Panorama 2: 1 bedroom, sofa bed, seaview terrace. Important: by renting only 1 or 2 apartments, the garden, swimming pool, Jacuzzi and outdoor facilities are shared with the other guests of the villa. The owner lives on the property, in a fourth apartment. JACUZZI: the mini-spa has glass sliding doors, and a motorised roof that can be opened and closed with a click of the remote control. The Jacuzzi can be used also in the winter (upon request, surcharge). In summer, the temperature is kept at around 30°/32°. In colder season, the Jacuzzi can be heated up to 36°/38°. Important: the maximum capacity of the Jacuzzi is 6 people at a time. Careful and respectful use of Jacuzzi is required, so that it won’t be damaged, and so that all guests are able to use it anytime.

Neighborhood info

A peaceful place, surrounded by lush nature, far from the hustle and bustle of city life. Located 50 meters above sea level, and only 5 minutes by car from the beach, the villa is surrounded by olive trees, flowers and plants, creating a typical Mediterranean garden. The pool, with panoramic sea-view, is on the garden plateau (in Northern Italy, “il Poggiolo” means “the balcony”). “Villa il Poggiolo” is perfect for your Italian holidays: sun, swimming, sunbathing, relax and fun with family and friends. LOCATION: Italy, Liguria region. • Italian “Riviera dei Fiori” = riviera of flowers: our delightful summer climate and mild winters makes of Diano Marina an ideal holiday destination all year long. • The villa is slightly on a hill, in an area called “Monade”, one of the most renowned areas of Diano Marina, with an outstanding sea-view over the Gulf. • The property faces south and is embraced by the sun all day long. • Very quiet area, without traffic.
