Just a few minutes' drive from the two popular seaside resorts of Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, the Villa offers the opportunity to enjoy a seaside holiday experience without sacrificing the tranquility of the countryside. It offers direct access to the sea, leading to Cala Incina, a public beach of pebbles and rocks. Perfect for scuba diving and snorkeling, it is equally accessible and pleasant for families and children. Recently renovated with respect for the environment and a warm and authentic welcome, the villa is spread over two floors, which can be booked individually or for exclusive use.
Reservations are handled by Giovanna, a host with experience in the tourism industry. She speaks Italian and English and will be happy to assist you with any information or needs during your stay.
Torre Incina is located in a prime spot between Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, along a pristine and picturesque stretch of coastline. The area is characterized by rocky coves, crystal-clear waters, and Mediterranean nature, ideal for those seeking relaxation, well-being, and authenticity.
