Villa Laura is a newly built stone house overlooking the sea (2007). It is surrounded by a lush garden of 200 square meters totally available to our guests, completely fenced, equipped with sun loungers and parasol. The exterior also has an area with outdoor shower and barbecue, as well as ample parking. The terrace overlooking the sea offers a wonderful and wide view of the Capo Vaticano coast, in addition to the magical view of the Stromboli volcano and the Aeolian islands, located right in front of the terrace and visible during particularly suggestive sunsets. The interiors are particularly cared for and equipped with every comfort. The villa is also equipped with mosquito nets on all windows.
I am Elena, I am a medical student and together with my family I manage Villa Laura. We take care of the management together and in a very cheerful way: we are 5, and we are ready to welcome you into our family! The house in which we live is a few minutes drive from Villa Laura, so we will be ready to respond to your every need, even those of the last minute, with pleasure.
The place where Villa Laura is located is particularly quiet because the villa is surrounded by a lush garden on each side, accessible and totally usable only by our guests. The site is accessed via an automatic gate. The beach is only 500 meters away, and can also be reached on foot. Villa Laura is located 2 km from the center of Coccorino, 2 km from Capo Vaticano. There is a small market in Coccorino and larger markets in San Nicolò (3.5 km).
