Welcome to our beloved country house! Large and spacious home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Ideal for large families. Advantage of the house is the direct access to an exclusive sandy and pebble beach. This is made possible by the fact that there is no public access due to the railway. The few and fast trains are absolutely not a nuisance. The sea is no more than thirty seconds from the house and can be reached comfortably by walking through the land mainly cultivated with olive trees. The coast you will access is shared with 3 or 4 other very distant houses, so you will not have to fear for your privacy. A four-minute drive takes you to Santo Stefano di Camastra, a delightful village famous for its ceramics and the goodness of its granitas. The terrace around the whole house is large and comfortable with an outdoor shower and tables with umbrellas. The comfort of the house has always been greatly appreciated, especially the size of the terrace and the proximity of restaurants/pizzerias and the multiple options for excursions to unconventional destinations.

It is always a pleasure for us share our beloved country house because we know how much it is appreciated by our friends and our guests. It is our refuge, our certainty where almost every weekend we go to unwind.

From Villa Lorenza it is really easy to explore the whole of Sicily, considering its positioning in the context of the regional road network. The Nebrodi park with its millenary woods, its surprising lakes and waterfalls is exactly behind us. We are also surrounded by the works of the famous "Fiumara D'arte" initiative, an open-air museum made up of twelve works by contemporary artists located along the banks of the Tusa river. At 45 kilometers Cefalù, a Norman town with its famous cathedral. At 70 kilometers instead Tindari where, in addition to the famous sanctuary, you will find the oriented nature reserve of the Laghetti di Marinello. After 80 kilometres, however, you will already be in Bronte! City on the slopes of Etna. We are therefore in an exceptionally advantageous position to be able to plan long stays to discover Sicily!
