Delicious newly renovated apartments in an Italian style Villa, located in a quiet area in the green of the Regional Natural Park of Montemarcello-Magra-Vara. Starting point for day trips to the Cinque Terre (Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, Riomaggiore), Levanto, Portovenere, Palmaria, Portofino, Val di Vara and to discover many other beauties of Liguria or nearby Tuscany. Villa Lucia has a lovely private garden with a relaxation area equipped with deck chairs and a table ideal for outdoor dining or reading, and private outdoor parking protected by an automatic gate with a password.

The apartaments of Villa Lucia are conveniently served by a butcher, bar, restaurant and Post Office service, all within 100 meters. Nearby, a few kilometers away, you can also find shops, bars, numerous pizzerias and restaurants where you can enjoy fresh fish, typical Ligurian dishes and local BIO products from the adjacent Val di Vara.
