Villa Maona is an old house from the 1800s, completely renovated. It is named after the natural cave located nearby, a destination for hikers and guided tours. Outside the building looks like a typical Tuscan farmhouse, the interiors express taste and personality. The house is spread over two floors for a total of 250 square metres and has a large private park, as well as private parking with a charging station for electric cars. INTERIOR The house adapts to the hilly surface, arranged on several terraced levels and with the ground floor and the first floor connected both from the inside and directly from the outside. The entrance is on the first floor and is accessible via a flight of stairs: a corridor leads to three double bedrooms and their three adjacent bathrooms; there is also a room used as a walk-in closet. A bright staircase is found at the end of the hallway: some steps lead to the living room with large panoramic windows, attic with exposed wooden beams and, for entertainment, billiards and table football. The staircase finally leads to the ground floor which has a large double bedroom with en-suite and direct access to the garden. A small corridor and some steps provide access to the bright dining area, with a large table, stone fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace and exit door for easy access to the barbecue and other outdoor spaces. Finally, the pantry, the laundry room and the last double room with a bathroom can be reached through the kitchen. OUTDOORS The villa is surrounded by centuries-old olive groves and green plants: the pool is literally immersed in Tuscan nature, as is the nearby play area, equipped with a swing and ping pong table, and the dining area overlooking the valley, adjacent to the barbecue and the kitchen entrance. There is also a large car park equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles.

THE LOCATION: NESTLED BETWEEN THE MAIN TOURIST ATTRACTIONS The villa is strategically located: supermarkets, elegant boutiques, typical restaurants and important wine cellars are just a few minutes away, as well as spa facilities, golf courses, tennis courts, riding stables, lakes for sport fishing, cycle paths or for jogging and trekking. The most important towns in Tuscany (Florence, Pisa, Siena, Lucca, Vinci, San Gimignano and Volterra) can be easily and quickly reached by public transport (for example bus and train, starting from Montecatini Terme) and private transport. The Versilia coasts, with the towns of Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta, and the mountains of the Abetone ski resort, are also just a short drive away.
