Villa Mariaurelia is a single villa with a large garden, play area and swimming pool. It is located among the hills of Ovilò, a small village located in a strategic position along the 131dcn Olbia-Nuoro highway, in the north-east of Sardinia. Ovilò is 15 minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda airport and 10 minutes from the sea and the nightlife of San Teodoro and Porto San Paolo. The house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including 1 double bedroom with adjacent bathroom and 2 bedrooms with single beds. The service bathroom is located in the living area. It can accommodate up to 6 people to enjoy the maximum space and relaxation that the structure offers, although the generous size would allow the addition of more beds. Guests can access a large living room, full of books that can be freely consulted, and a HiFi system. a table for 8 people and 2 comfortable leather sofas. Free WiFi is available throughout the house. The fully equipped kitchen allows 6 people to have lunch or dinner inside in the cool of the air conditioning. In the anteroom there are the laundry appliances: washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Outside, guests can enjoy large green spaces, a play area, a covered veranda, a swimming pool for exclusive use and a large terrace. The garden is fenced and equipped with 1 covered parking space and 2 uncovered parking spaces.

Ovilò is a small village in the municipality of Loiri Porto San Paolo, 15 minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda airport and 10 minutes from the sea and the nightlife of San Teodoro and Porto San Paolo. Located in a strategic position, it allows you to enjoy the total tranquility of a country village with the convenience of being just a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches in north-eastern Sardinia. If you arrive from Olbia, Golfo Aranci, Sassari, Alghero or Porto Torres, take the SS 131 DNC towards Nuoro and exit at the Ovilò junction (about 18 km from Olbia). As soon as you exit the 4-lane highway, do not enter Ovilò but turn left towards San Teodoro, after 100 meters turn left into the first street you find. Walk 200 meters and on the right there is Villa Mariaurelia. HOW TO GET: If you arrive from Cagliari, Nuoro, San Teodoro or Budoni, take the SS 131 DNC towards Olbia and exit at the Ovilò junction (about 18 km before Olbia). As soon as you exit the 4-lane road, turn left, cross the bridge on the 4-lane road, turn right towards Ovilò and immediately turn left into the first road you see (before Ovilò). Walk 200 meters and on the right there is Villa Mariaurelia.
