Villa Marina was renovated in the summer of 2020. It is a fantastic place with Sicilian elements on the outside of the villa, while the interior is all modern in style. There is a patio around the two sides of the villa. On the one hand a lounge area to relax equipped with a Jacuzzi pool surrounded by a beautiful green lawn where you can lay down and enjoy fantastic sunsets, on the other hand a fabulous barbecue with table while you're eating, can admire a fantastic view of Balestrate beach. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk from the villa. Villa Marina has two bedrooms. The first room contains a large double bed with air conditioning and the other room with two single beds. In the living area (living room) there is an extendable table for all comforts and a sofa bed that can be used by 2 guests. A fantastic kitchen equipped with all the comforts to be able to cook many exquisite delicacies and if you are tired after a day at the beach or perhaps after visiting the beautiful places near Balestrate, you can always reach the town and try the cuisine of the restaurants.
Villa Marina is not far located from the beach and from the centre of Balestrate. Both less then 10 minutes walk. At the property are two rental bikes, for free. At the beach are different options for animations. Their is an option to rent with us a boat, incl. driver with extra cost. The centre includes, restaurants, bars and shops. Great places for good Italian coffee and chocolate croissants for breakfast. And some good fish and pizza restaurants for an enjoyable dinner.
