We give the customer a service and an availability of 24 hours on 24 for every problem that might occur during your holiday. We also have an office open every day from 9 to 19.30 in Caorle "PIAZZA PAPA GIOVANNI 10, and after we are always available for every need in via firenze 27 at Villaggio Hemingway in Caorle. We will be able to give you all the useful information to spend an unforgettable holiday.

Property info

Villa Marina is a new facility built in 2013. Its main feature, besides the modern and very spacious and beautiful bathrooms, it is its location; the property is located close to the center of caorle (about 200 mt. from the pedestrian area) and close to the beach (150 mt.). Each apartment can have wi-fi and private parking, in addition, all apartments have a balcony, terrace or garden for those staying on the ground floor.The apartments are tastefully furnished and well equipped with A/C, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tv.

Neighborhood info

Very close to the beautiful historical city centre of Caorle and to the Spiaggia Ponente (West side), very beautiful sandy beach, equipped with beach umbrellas and sunbeds, kid's playground. Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes nearby. Caorle is a small city, but is visited by tourists in all seasons. The old town centre is still structured as a little Venetian corner, with its coloured houses, its "calli" (alleys) and "campielli" (squares). During the summer many family-oriented activities take place on its long beach. Others are organized in its lagoon (an example of Venetian lagoon), where many characteristic traditional "casoni" (the huts where fishermen lived in the winter while fishing) still stand.
