Villa Marina Como is a charming historic villa, recently renovated and family-run, just a short walk from Como’s old town, the lakefront, and Como San Giovanni train station with direct trains to Milan, Verona, Venice, Monza and Swiss cities. The property offers two units: a cozy double room with city view and modern private bathroom; a spacious apartment with city, garden, mountain views, partial lake views from the balconies, and direct outlook on the Spina Verde Natural Park forest. Guests enjoy a large private garden and free private parking. A delicious breakfast is available on request. Extra services can be arranged through trusted partners, including private boat tours with skipper on Lake Como and babysitting. The location is ideal: 5 minutes’ walk to the historic center, 10 minutes to the lakefront, with restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, car rentals, buses and trains nearby. Please note: the villa is not equipped with elevator or ramps for reduced mobility.
