Welcome to Villa Meledrio! Our beautiful villa with three spacious apartments is located on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Dimaro in Val di Sole. The top apartment (2-5 persons) has a spectacular view all around and covers over 100m2. The generous living room with characteristic tiled stove and open kitchen can be described as extraordinarily atmospheric. Both at the front and rear of the apartment there are balconies where you can enjoy your time. The front balcony borders a lovely terrace with a lounge set and a BBQ (for shared use). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet, and washing machine. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms each with a double bed and an extra bed can be placed if necessary. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and provide more than enough storage space. The middle apartment (2-8 persons) is a whopping 110m2 and has a cozy living room and open kitchen. Through the kitchen, you enter the spacious balcony equipped with a charming garden table and chairs. The two neat bathrooms are equipped with fixed sink, shower or sit-bath, toilet and washing machine. There are two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two separate single beds, a bunk bed and a sofa bed. An extra bed can be placed if necessary and there is a double sofa bed in the living room. The lower apartment (2-4 persons) is over 90m² and features a living room with an open-plan kitchen and a large terrace with a garden table and lounge chairs. The two neat bathrooms are equipped with a fixed sink, shower or sit-bath, toilet, and washing machine. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The large terrace on the top floor with BBQ (for shared use) can be used, and there is ample (free) parking space.

Our beautiful villa is located on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Dimaro in Val di Sole. From Villa Meledrio, you walk right into the untouched nature of the Adamello Brenta Dolomites National Park and the Stelvio National Park. Within a quarter of an hour, you can walk to the village where, in addition to the supermarket, the bakery and some restaurants, other charming shops can be found. Val di Sole offers numerous activities all year round such as beautiful marked hiking trails, (mountain) bike routes, via ferratas, you can go rafting and kayaking on the Noce River, there are rock climbing routes, and also many opportunities for mountaineering. The summer lifts can take you to the starting points. In winter you can drive in 5 minutes (the ski bus stops right behind Villa Meledrio) to the Dimaro Folgarida ski area, which is part of the Campiglio Dolomiti di Brenta ski area. With the Superskirama ski pass you have access to 8 ski areas with no less than 380 km of slopes! In addition, there are snowshoe trails, cross-country ski trails and plenty of opportunities for ski mountaineering nearby.
