Located a few minutes walk from the center of Palau, the villa offers a comfortable garden that also creates privacy and tranquility despite being in the center. The garden also has one or more private parking spaces. The rooms are large and comfortable, furnished in a modern style. Furthermore two comfortable bathrooms at your disposal. In the large living room there is a large LED television with smartweb function, a bar corner with coffee machine, and a reading room will welcome you in your moments of rest/relaxation. There is also a modern kitchen, equipped with the latest technology.Two balconies at your disposal overlooking the garden.
In the area there are several services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pizzeria, beautician, gastronomy, wine shop, etc. While a few minutes walk away is the city center, which offers any kind of commercial service, characteristic markets, as well as the hub of nightlife.
