The villa extends over two levels and accommodates up to six guests. On the raised ground floor, there are two cozy bedrooms—one double room with air conditioning and mosquito screens, and one single room with an extra bed, also air-conditioned. The modern bathroom includes a shower. On the lower floor (with high windows), you’ll find the bright living and dining area, featuring a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV, and a well-equipped kitchenette with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and coffee makers. Outside, a large 1000 sqm fenced garden offers a private pool (4x8m, depth 1.5m, open May–September), a sunbathing area with loungers, an outdoor shower, a gazebo with a dining table, portable barbecue, table tennis, and children’s play equipment. Extra costs to be paid on the spot include a refundable deposit of E150.00 per booking (to be handed over in cash upon arrival), air conditioning and energy consumption charged at E0.50 per kWh, and a city tax of E 1.50 per person per night.
