Located in Olbia,Villa Niloan is 7 km from the port and the beautiful beaches. Once you arrive you will find on elegant holiday home that is clean and in excellent condition with wide views of the garden and swimming pool ,ideal for your holidays in Sardinia with your family or with a group of friends. You can relax in a large garden of 2.500 m2 with olive trees, palm trees and fruit trees and a splendid swimming pool area and eqiuipped with free umbrellas and sunbeds, ideal for cooling off after a hot summerd day. Furthermore, guests will be able to take advantage of a romantic covered patio facing the swimming pool , with a wall equipped for cooking, a barbecue and a relaxing lounge area with video projector to organize pleasant evenings in company. Services such as supermarkets and restaurants are a 4 minute drive from the house and therefore car rental is advisable. The maintenance of the external spaces of the swimming pool and garden will be guaranteed daily, respecting the timetable and privacy of the guests
we will be a hospitable staff for our customers, ready to accommodate guests' needs and requests for information on local services and tourist information, excursions to the islands and land trips to the interior of Sardinia.
The Villa is located in the countryside 4 minutes from all services, 6 minutes from the city center and 10 minutes from the beaches that follow one another for 25km along the coast from Olbia to the Golfo degli Aranci. The villa is located in a strategic position 4 minutes by car from a junction where you can take all directions for the east or west coast and easily reach the nearby beaches of Olbia and the Costa Smeralda, avoiding the summer traffic of the city.
