Colpo di Fortuna is a little paradise on its own. It offers breathtaking views on the Sibillini mountains, has a enormeous beautiful panoramic garden with various footpaths and seating areas as well as a outdoor fitness area and a swimmingpool (all with great views). The comfortable and boutique apartments are completely renovated (2022) in a new retro style and each has its own private terrace with BBQ. A place to enjoy and relax and the perfect base for discovering the beauty of the Le Marche region's rich nature, culture and kitchen. Until 2016 the accommodation was called Villa NuMoViv, which scored a 9.8 on Booking. As a result of earthquake damage we have been closed between 2016 and 2022 and reopened completely renovated and upgraded under a new name. Over the years we have adopted various cats and dogs that came to us abandoned and have become an integrated part of our lives and agriturismo. The dogs will be mostly separated from the guests. Our boutique apartments do not have airconditioning, which has been a conscious choice considering the bad effects thereof on health and environment and it would disturb the sound of silence and nature here. We do have ceiling fans in all the bed rooms and all apartments are equipped with 1 or multiple Dyson Purifier Cool and motorized sunscreens. We provide a manual for how to manage the cooling of the apartments in a natural way, benefiting from the cooler nights in proximity of the mountains during the summer.

We are entrepreneurs of many trades. At the agriturismo we host guests, have a vegetable garden, 120 olive trees and we grow Paulownia trees for wood production. Between us we design (Marleen) and make (Jeroen) furniture and interiors, which we also did for our own house and the apartments. We are also co-owners of Paul Meccanico, a company that produces and sells handmade bags and other fashion accessories in our neigbouring village Sarnano. Finally, we have a great passion for regional food and wines and also love to cook. We have plenty recommendations to share for where to eat and go.

Gualdo is a small medieval village located at an altitude of 650m offering fantastic panoramic mountain views. We are less than 1 km away from Gualdo (wakable) at an altitude of 550m. Gualdo has a restaurant, a supermarket, a butchery, a vegetable store, a bakery, two bars, a gas station, a postoffice and an ATM. There are a couple of local walking trails that can be started from our accommodation. We are surrounded by many beautiful medieval villages, various of which are on the top 100 most beautiful places in Le Marche. During the year, but especially in summer there are many (culinary) events (sagra's) taking place in the various villages, that are really fun visiting. WE can inform you about the agenda for that duirng your stay We are also located close (30 minutes) to the impressive Monte Sibillini National Park, where you can hike, cycle, ski, cycle, etc. You can either explore on your own or go on guided tours. We can provide you with suggestions for walking trails and where to rent (e)bikes. For wine and food lovers we offer a great base. There are many wineries to visit and great local wines to be tasted. Le Marche has a very nice local cuisine and there are plenty of nice restaurants and festivals around to enjoy and discover great food and typical regional products such as Sapa, vincisgrassi, truffle (white and black all year through), ciauscolo, various cheeses and Vernaccia di Serrapetrona wine. We are also at relatively close distance from some lakes (35 minutes to Lago di Fiastra and lago di San Ruffino and more), where there is the possibility for (water) sports. At an hour's drive you can also reach various beaches, including the special riviera del Conero. The region is also good for outlet shopping. Le Marche is known for it's shoe production for great international brands. Every season here has its charm and its colours. A photogenic place and a great place to visit all year through, depending on you preferences!
