Air Conditioning & Energy Saving Policy

To ensure a comfortable stay, protect your health, and prevent energy waste in respect of the environment, please adhere to the following air conditioning rules:

Recommended / Minimum Temperature: The air conditioner must be set to no lower than 24°C (75°F) (dehumidifier mode recommended). Setting lower temperatures does not cool the room faster, but causes thermal discomfort and excessive condensation.

Responsible Use: Air conditioning units must be switched OFF when leaving the property or when windows and doors are open.

Misuse Policy: In case of clear misuse (e.g., leaving the AC running 24/7 while away or with windows open), management reserves the right to temporarily disable the unit and/or charge an extra energy fee of €20.00 per day.

Fundamental Rule: Mandatory Use of the Provided Bags

To ensure the proper collection of waste by the municipal service in Gaeta, it is mandatory to use only the bags provided by the property.

Exclusive use of the supplied bags:

The use of any other type of bag is not permitted (in particular, the use of black or opaque bags is strictly prohibited). Waste placed in non-compliant bags will not be collected by the waste collection service and will remain the responsibility of the accommodation.

Supply and Management of Organic Waste (Food Waste):

Upon your arrival, you will find an initial kit of bags for all types of waste. As for organic waste, once the initial supply of compostable bags has been used up, you may use Mater-Bi compostable shopping bags provided by local supermarkets and stores during your purchases.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
