The villa lies about 7 km from the center of Lucca in a very panoramic and peaceful spot. It is surrounded by a beautiful Italian garden where they have added a private 5x10 m swimming-pool in a way that is in perfect harmony with the building.

Villa Pedone is also a good starting-point for wonderful day trips to the various parts of Tuscany: the beaches in Versilia are just 35 km away, Florence can be comfortably reached in less than an hour by car and Pisa is only about 30 km away.
