Property info

Villa Pietra Viva rises on the foot of rocky slopes which in the distant past were part of a quarry. The origins of the property date back to the late 1600s. The villa has recently been renovated and enriched with highly original works of art by a local artist. The swimming pool, completely in travertine, was built inside the ancient quarry. The various works hidden within the estate depict animals and abstract figures that make the place even more special. The property is surrounded by nature, there is a private road to arrive to the Villa. All rooms have A/C , Private parking on premises, an outdoor and fully equipped kitchen by the pool and a ping pong table. Perfect balance between relaxing by the pool, walking around the property's private olive orchard and reading a book or yoga in one of the multiple natural terraces with a view all around the Villa.

Lucignano is a small rural town with a population just over 3000 people well known for its picturesque countryside and historic architecture surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. Perfectly located for day trips to Arezzo, Siena, Firenze, the Chianti and the Valdorcia areas.
