Magnificent, tastefully renovated house offering stunning views of Lake Como from its rooftop terrace, spanning 80 square meters. The house is bright and airy, with stylish and sophisticated decor. Every room offers a lake view and enjoys a south-facing aspect. The house is located in a very peaceful and secure neighborhood with easy parking. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a double garage. The bathrooms are modern and include shampoo and shower gel. All bedrooms have smart TVs and air conditioning (controllable by remote). The two upstairs bedrooms each have their own balcony and private bathroom. The outdoor dining area is fully covered. The rooftop terrace is furnished with garden furniture and offers one of the most beautiful views in the region.
