In tipico stile sardo vi presentiamo Villa Rosa, Situata in località La Conia. La villetta dispone di una comoda veranda con vista sul mare, che dista veramente pochi metri dal mare, da una pineta e da un enorme prato dove potersi godere l'aria aperta. Internamente è suddivisa su due piani, il primo è composto da uno spaziosissimo salone, cucinino separato, bagno e camera da letto. Il secondo piano presenta due ampie camere da letto con una bellissima vista mare e un ottimo bagno.
