The apartment in Argegno consists of two rooms. A bedroom and a combined living room with kitchen. The interior has a size of 53.2 square meters. The outdoor area is 44.05 square meters. Between the two rooms is a hallway from which the beautiful bathroom with window, two sinks and a shower branches off. The charm of the apartment is also that it has a penthouse character. That is, the sun or shade can be captured from three sides in the outdoor area. The lake view always offers fascinating views of the lake with the mountain panorama at different times of the day and season. There is professional care of the apartment on site in Argegno. You will be received there for the handover of the keys and have the opportunity to clarify any questions in English.
Dear guests, a few years ago we were at Lake Como for the first time. We immediately fell in love with the Northern Italian Lakes. A little later we bought this apartment, which is located above the historic town of Argegno on the western shore of the lake, and we were always there to enjoy the fantastic view of the lake from the apartment. Because we are working, we cannot be there very often. Therefore, we are happy to rent the apartment to nice guests. We wish you a pleasant stay in Argegno. Sincerely, Kirsten and Ferdinand
Argegno is a small Italian town steeped in history with nice restaurants, a cafe, an ice cream shop and a few small shops. From the apartment, a beautiful panoramic path leads down into the village. The beautiful footpath takes about 10 minutes. Line ferries stop in Argegno. That is, A beautiful boat trip can be undertaken to Como as well as to Menagio, for example. There is an abundance of attractive hiking trails for many ability levels around Lake Como.
