This prestigious villa apartment features high-end finishes and is located just a few kilometres from the centre of Rapallo, surrounded by greenery and tranquillity, with breathtaking views over the Gulf of Tigullio and Portofino. Spread over multiple levels, the apartment offers a spacious living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, a comfortable bedroom, and a stunning private terrace with a private swimming pool (open from April to October). A private parking space is also included. Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (a late check-in fee of euro 50.00 will apply for arrivals after 8:00 PM).
