Villa "La Lecceta" is in the Costa Paradiso sea-village and is totally immersed in the greenery of a private forest of holm oaks and myrtle, completely fenced, which guarantees total privacy and silence. It was designed and built by the owners among the first pioneers in the area giving, as a priority and binding to the architect responsible for the project, the total respect for the surrounding rocks and the wild nature of Costa Paradiso. This feature makes the stay in the villa truly unique and non-trivial. You will be able to enjoy your time and relax in large organized outdoor spaces under a large shaded patio or lie down on the sun loungers in the solarium watching the sunset. If you are looking for a holiday of relaxation and peace, this villa is the perfect place for your escape from the city and refuge and retrait from crowd and confusion. You will be also surprised to hear the various sounds of the surrounding nature, whether at breakfast on the patio or in the evening at dusk. Also, after sunset when it is dark, we love being on the outdoor patio with lights off seeing the sky and the brightness of the stars, unique emotions that can no longer be perceived in the city due to light pollution. Starting from 2025 your comfort is increased by air conditioning available in the bedrooms and wifi. Nearby splendid beaches and rocky coves which you can explore by swimming or renting a small boat inside Costa Paradiso village. Please consider that the Villa is inside a woodland, so please remember to: -always keep close the main gate to prevent access in the property of animals living freely n Costa Paradiso (ie wild boars) - keep doors closed as much as possible to prevent insects/animals from entering inside - always avoid to leave garbage bags outside in the patio, and to use frequently external ecological islands you find in the area

Dear Guest, we hope you will enjoy your holiday in Costa Paradiso and that Villa La Lecceta could contribute with its unique spirit immersed in the breath of nature. Within the Costa Paradiso district you can easily find bars, markets, take-away places, fishmongers, butchers, greengrocers, pizzerias and restaurants. The surrounding beaches are among the most beautiful and wild in Northern Sardinia, I'm of course available for detailed suggestions based on guests' needs.
